What this site collects

Nothing. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. It does not use browser storage, and there is no form to submit. If you only read this site, I do not learn that you were here.

What I collect when you get in touch

When you email me, I hold your email address and whatever you choose to tell me, for as long as we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back.

What I collect when you become a client

• Your name or business name, and billing email address.
• A billing address, where one is needed to calculate sales tax correctly.
• A record of invoices issued and paid.

I use this only to quote, invoice, collect payment, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Card details

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to or stored by me — I see only the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Who else sees your data

Stripe, for payments and tax calculation. My email provider, because that is where your messages arrive. An accountant and the relevant tax authority, where the law requires it. Nobody else. I do not sell your data, and I do not send marketing email.

How long it is kept

Invoices and their associated billing records are kept for seven years, which is the standard retention period for tax records. Enquiry emails that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer useful.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — except where I am legally required to keep it, which in practice means paid invoices. Email ke.lev@icloud.com and I will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
