work

full-stack, with an eye for the details.

i build interfaces, apis, databases, auth, and payments. i’m happiest where design and engineering overlap.

unusual interfaces, motion, and the small interactions that make software feel good to use are where i put the extra care.

everyone starts from scratch — no templates, no slop

we talk, i figure out what makes you you, and every choice comes back to that. nothing’s on the page without a reason.

i build the technical side myself, shops and payments included, so nothing gets handed off to someone you’ve never met.

from

$0

one page for a launch, a product, or an event — for mobile and desktop.

up to four more pages: about, gallery, services — whatever you want.

sign-in, database, and admin roles — with alerts and analytics.

a shop: payment processors or e-commerce, plugged in and ready to go.

an interactive piece: 3D, motion, a toy, maybe even a game.

you tell me.

what you thinkin?
when do we start?

spring physics by hand, no animation library, fully tested, with the accessibility kept intact.

a fastify and graphql api on prisma and postgres, with role-based auth and ci.

accounts, and a stripe checkout with webhook signatures verified by hand, on postgres.

a swift mac overlay that finds the control under your pointer in any app, via accessibility.

a deterministic renderer with 2,015 seeds under test: move one pixel and the build fails.

you tell me, in your note.

I’m a UI/UX-focused full-stack web developer, looking for a junior frontend or full-stack role.

Remote, and available to start now. I’m finishing an A.S. in Computer Programming at Butte College alongside work, done spring 2027.

Freelance

Every site I build is designed and written from scratch for the business it’s for. No templates, no themes, no Squarespace or Wix: the look, the structure, and the code all come from what you do and how you want to come across.

Every site includes

Design and branding
The site is designed around your brand, not poured into a template. If you don't have one yet, we build it together: type, colour, a logo mark, and the way the site talks.
Written from scratch
Hand-written code, not a page builder. Nothing ships that the site doesn't use, so it loads fast, and there's no theme or plugin to update.
Search
Built to be found: fast pages, clean markup, titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and link previews when it's shared. I set up Google Search Console at launch so you can see how people find you.
Hosting
I set up the domain, hosting, and HTTPS on accounts in your name. You pay the host directly, with no markup from me, and the site stays yours whatever happens.

What I build

Landing pagefrom $600
One page for a launch, a product, or an event. Responsive down to phone width and keyboard accessible.
Small sitefrom $1,500
Up to five pages for a business or an independent practice: home, services, about, contact, and one more that's yours.
Site with accountsfrom $2,700
A small site plus sign-in, a database, and admin roles, and the pieces around them: email notifications, analytics, and third-party integrations.
All of itfrom $4,500
The site, the accounts, a Stripe checkout with the webhook that confirms an order was really paid, and an interactive piece: 3D, motion, or a small toy.
Something else$50 / hour
Checkout or an interactive piece on a site you already have, or bugs, performance, and accessibility on a React or Next.js site. Small jobs are hourly; bigger ones get a quote.

How a project runs

  1. We talk about what you need, and I send a written scope and a fixed quote in USD.
  2. On approval, I invoice a 50% deposit. Work starts once it clears.
  3. I build in the open, sharing a live preview URL you can check at any point.
  4. At launch I invoice the balance, payable within 14 days.

Hourly work is estimated up front and invoiced on completion, with no deposit. After launch, bugs in my work are fixed free for 30 days; after that, changes are hourly.

Pricing

The prices above are where quotes start, not what every project costs: scope varies too much for a fixed price list to be honest.

Work is invoiced directly — there is no storefront or subscription on this site. All quotes, invoices, and prices on this site are in USD (US dollars). Payment is collected by card or bank transfer through Stripe, which handles card details directly; I never see or store your card number.

What I don’t take on

  • Search ranking guarantees. Nobody can honestly make one.
  • Anything that needs a team. I’m one person, and I’ll say so first.

Contact

Rather write it out? Email ke.lev@icloud.com with what you have in mind. I reply to project enquiries and invoice questions within two business days.

If I take a full-time role, I’ll finish any open projects and stop taking new ones.

Terms

Last updated 29 September 2026

  • I quote a fixed price for a written scope. Anything added later gets a revised quote you approve before I start on it.
  • 50% deposit up front on quoted projects, the balance at launch, due within 14 days. Everything is in USD.
  • Two rounds of revisions are included. If something doesn’t match what we agreed, fixing it isn’t a revision; it’s on me.
  • Once the final invoice is paid, the design and code are yours. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you’d rather I didn’t.
  • Bugs in my work are fixed free for 30 days after launch. My liability is limited to what you paid me for the project.
  • Either of us can end a project in writing at any time.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.

Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 29 September 2026

  • Cancel before I start, and the deposit comes back in full.
  • Cancel once work is underway, and I invoice for the work done so far, refund the rest of the deposit, and hand over the files.
  • Once a project is delivered and paid for, it isn’t refundable, but anything that doesn’t match what we agreed gets fixed free.
  • To ask for a refund, email ke.lev@icloud.com with your invoice number. I reply within two business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
